Design concept drawings utilize powerful and unique computer software, Chief Architect, to illustrate the proposed architectural and interior design. Ideas come to life through 3-dimensional drawings and plans that enable the client to study and understand ideas. Along with architectural features (roofs, windows, and walls), our design concept drawings include cabinetry, furniture, and lighting for comprehensive understanding and selection of design ideas. The design process is interactive, blending the designer's skills with client choices. Once the final design is accomplished, we provide thorough construction documents with engineering details.
